This comprehensive resource center, located on six acres near St. Louis, Missouri, USA, includes 16,000 square feet of laboratory space adjacent to a comprehensive process research lab.

 

The Lovejoy Resource Center provides AFB's customers the benefits of a state of the art facility for product development and enhancement. At this resource center, AFB's internationally recognized staff of flavor chemists, biochemists, food technologists, process engineers, animal scientists and process technicians partner with customers in a world class environment that provides access to equipment and processes applicable to the market place. Testing can readily be conducted on the application of palatant systems and alternative kibble formulations. Extruded products can be measured for texture and shape acceptance. Canned, semi-moist and dry pet food products can be evaluated in terms of palatability.
