AFB International makes donation via "Points for Pets"AFB International is a pet food palatant ingredient supplier to the pet food industry and is committed to giving back to our communities and organizations that contribute to the health and wellness of companion animals. One way to give back is thru the “Points 4 Pets” program. The “Points 4 Pets” donation program uses a basketball pop-a-shot game to determine a donation amount. Every hour during an AFB exhibit, the single high score from our visitors for that hour equals the dollars to be donated.
 AFB makes contributions to no-kill, non-profit, 501(C) (3) charity animal shelters local to the event where AFB was a participant. AFB participated in WATT Publishing Company’s event, PetFood Forum 2011, held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel on April 12th and 13th.
The Naperville Area Humane Society is the chosen organization for the donation determined of $658. The donation is matched by the foundation of AFB’s parent company Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. based out of Simsbury, Connecticut, for a total donation of $1,316. Thanks to our exhibit visitors for their participation that led to a successful donation.
The donation high scores were accomplished per hour by Lance Poole, Wade Wicht, Munehiro Usui, Mike Williams, Sarah James, Wade Wicht, Eric Dietz, Keith Dooley, Darrel Grollmes, Lee Bohling, Matthew Panasevich, Dana Watkins.

Naperville Area Humane Society is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1979 to develop and implement animal welfare programs and services within Naperville and the surrounding area.
