AFB International Welcomes Robin Olson as Vice President Human Resources
Robin joins AFB with over 20 years of business leadership experience across a variety of industries and organizations. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for developing people-focused strategies that strengthen culture, improve engagement, support talent development, and enable organizations to achieve meaningful business results. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating environments where employees feel valued and empowered to succeed.
In her new role, Robin will lead AFB’s Human Resources strategy, supporting our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and high-performing workplace. She will play an integral role in advancing our Core Value of Our People Matter by focusing on the development and enablement of strategies that enhance the employee experience and deliver on our business commitments.

Robin’s first several weeks with AFB will focus on listening, learning, and gaining a deep understanding of the people, culture, and operations that make AFB unique. This thoughtful onboarding approach reflects our long-term philosophy of leadership integration and our commitment to ensuring leaders build strong connections across the organization.
Outside of work, Robin values time with family, travel, and golf. Robin, her husband, and youngest daughter will soon be relocating from the Boston area to the St. Louis region. While the move represents more than 1,000 miles between two vibrant communities, it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as they embrace the welcoming culture, strong sense of community, and opportunities that the St. Louis area has to offer.
