AFB Thailand Team attends Pet Fair South East Asia
The AFB International team recently attended the Pet Fair South East Asia trade show in Bangkok, Thailand from October 25-27th. ️ With a total of 9,646 trade visitors from 74 countries, this was an exciting opportunity to connect with 281 exhibiting companies from 43 countries!
Notably, our new AFB Thailand team attended this event along with members of our global teams. We have been developing our first factory in the Asia Pacific region. Located in Thailand, we are targeting commercial production of pet food palatants in April 2024.
At Pet Fair South East Asia, we learned about market trends, research and innovation relevant to the Asian pet food market. On the show floor, the Pet Square Stage shared information on the Thai, US, Chinese, and European pet food markets along with functional ingredients for pet food, including egg, insect and spray dried plasma. The new item show case had a wide range of dog and cat foods across different categories like dry, wet and snacks that are available for the Asian market and export to other geographies.
