AFB is excited to welcome Jack Van’t Groenewout as General Manager, North America. Jack steps into this pivotal role with over thirty years of progressive leadership experience, bringing a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence. In his most recent previous roles, he served as GM of Americas and Senior Director of Global Sales, where he not only led cross-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support but also established a new playbook for global sales and launched transformative organizational strategies. Jack’s leadership consistently fostered stronger engagement, reduced turnover, and expanded revenue, a testament to his passion for cultivating high-performing teams and sustainable growth.
“I am honored to join the AFB team and look forward to the journey ahead.” When asked what drew you to AFB, Jack said, “Fostering a collaborative environment by putting people first and ensuring that we drive business with a customer-centric approach are key motivators for me and are perfectly aligned with AFB’s core values on intently focusing on both associates’ well-being and driving impactful partnerships with customers to bring innovative solutions to the market. Jack and his wife are preparing for a 900-mile move, as they relocate from New Jersey to St. Louis, Missouri. Both are deeply passionate about travel, art, and giving back to the community, especially through their volunteer work at animal rescue shelters. In New Jersey, they enjoyed working with the PAWS & North Shore Animal League and various other community events. Their commitment to community mirrors Jack’s professional character: connect, uplift, and make a meaningful impact. We welcome the Van’t Groenewout’s to the St. Louis area!
